In February, Aurora is proud to present Queer Fruits Film Festival – a celebration of the GLBTIQ community, touching on lives, loves, the past, present and the future. With a mixture of shorts and experimental films, documentaries, animations, music videos and features, Queer Fruits is innovative, celebratory and entertaining. These films are uplifting and inspiring, and explore the serious realities and issues that confront the GLBTIQ communities. Featuring celebrated drag artist Vanessa Wagner, as well as queer electro favourites Shiny Shiny and their music video ‘Snakes & Ladders’, Queer Fruits Film Festival shines a light on all aspects of contemporary GLBTIQ life.
